Shay Mitchell just got herself some sweet new digs!
The Pretty Little Liars actress is now the proud owner of a five-bedroom mansion in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills – the very neighborhood home to many famous names including Lil Wayne, Madonna, Iggy Azalea, Jeffree Star, as well as just about the whole Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The actress landed a $7.2 Million property in the area – an almost-8,000-square-foot home, which includes a detached guest house and a pool house. With its red-tiled roof and stone exterior, the spacious home gives off major Mediterranean vibes.
The double-door entrance opens up to a circular foyer, with bright white walls and wood accents. Hardwood beams line the ceiling in the main floor’s rooms, which include a formal living room, a large family room, and a living room. The all-white kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and features a center island and has an adjoining morning room.
Floor to ceiling windows and glass doors allow plenty of sunlight in as well as offer magnificent views of the nature-filled outdoors. A refrigerated wine cellar and private office with its own bath, ornate wood burning fireplaces, marble-lined bathrooms all add to up the luxe factor the place.
Sitting on a 1.5 acre lot with lots of oak trees and colorful rose bushes, Shay’s new space also includes a curved driveway, a pool, a gazebo-covered spa, a sundeck, and a lounge area with an adjoining outdoor bar and kitchen. Shay is mom to a daughter, whom she shares with long-time partner Matte Babel. Aside from her latest real-estate purchase, Shay also own a Los Feliz villa – a $3.7 million property which she bought back in 2014 – which she gave a house tour of with Architectural Digest in January 2020.
