Ryan Seacrest put his 3-acre estate on the market in November – and he’s slashing the price down in a big way.

The property was originally listed for $85 Million. According to Mansion Global, the price recently dropped to $74.5 million – a whole $10.5 million off the asking price.

Ryan previously lived it up in this home, which dates back to 1963. However, he didn’t own the property until 2012, when he bought it from Ellen DeGeneres. He’s since made several upgrades to reflect his own personal style as well as outfit it with state-of-the art amenities.

Aside from the four-bedroom, 9,000-square-foot main house, there are also two guest houses, a detached gym, an underground garage, plus a pool and pool house on the property. The place promotes an indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with its views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, a reflecting pond and landscaped gardens.

Even with the 8-digit discount, $74.5 Million still makes for a hefty price tag, according to a report from Douglas Elliman. The going price for luxury homes in Los Angeles is around $13.4 million as of second quarter of 2021.

However, according to listing agent Kurt Rappaport, the home is “like a beautiful painting, you can’t help but notice its beauty.”

“It’s perfectly proportioned and it’s set in the middle of incredible gardens. It just has a great calming feeling to it,” he told Mansion Global in November.
