Matthew Perry’s Hollywood Home Taken Off The Market
Matthew Perry’s former property was taken off the market two days after the first anniversary of his death. The Hollywood estate was purchased by the late actor in May 2024 for $4.99M and was originally listed in May 2024 for $5.195M. Four months later, the price was lowered to $4.7M. It is unclear if the home has sold.
