Paul Walter Hauser isn’t holding back when it comes to Vin Diesel. While promoting his latest film, Disney-Pixar’s Inside Out 2, Hauser, 37, took a jab at Diesel when his voice performance as Embarrassment was compared to Diesel’s role as Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy.

In an interview with CinemaBlend, the reporter remarked, “You’re like Vin Diesel now.”

Hauser’s response was swift and pointed: “Please don’t say that. I like to think I’m on time and approachable,” he quipped, eliciting laughter from his co-star Lewis Black and the reporter.

Hauser didn’t stop there. “Sorry, I love people, but when I hear stories about Hollywood actors who get paid really well and mistreat people, I out them constantly,” he continued. “And it’s a blast.”

Lewis Black, 75, chimed in with his own commentary, adding, “Yeah, it’s awful.”

Vin Diesel has faced numerous allegations over the years, including accusations of being habitually late to set. This tardiness was reportedly a major factor in his public feud with Fast & Furious co-star Dwayne Johnson. Additionally, Diesel was accused of sexual assault by a former assistant last year, adding to the controversy surrounding the actor.

Despite the accusations and the ongoing controversies, Diesel has not publicly responded to Hauser’s remarks. This isn’t the first time Diesel’s behavior has been criticized, and Hauser’s comments add fuel to the fire of ongoing discussions about professionalism and behavior in Hollywood.
