Miranda Kerr and Evan Speigel are splurging on bigger space for their family.
According to Dirt.com, The couple shelled out an estimated $100 Million to secure two adjacent properties in Los Angeles’ swanky Holmby Hills neighborhood – just across the street from the infamous Playboy Mansion.
One of the properties even has Hollywood history – it used to be the site of Kenneth Edmonds, a.k.a. Babyface, and then-wife Tracey’s former home. It’s since changed hands a couple of times before Miranda and Evan scooped it up from the market – this time as a vacant parcel of land.
The second, larger property, has a mansion – but it looks like the Snapchat CEO and the Kora Organics founder will still be able to put their finishing touches on it as it’s still in the middle of construction.
The combined land area totals a massive four acres!
Evan and Miranda have been married since 2017 and share two sons together – three-year-old Hart and one-year-old Myles; Miranda is also mom to 10-year-old Flynn, whom she shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom.
The family’s current digs is in Brentwood, where they will likely continue to stay until their massive estate gets completed – although it remains unclear whether they plan to finish the construction or start from scratch.
But this isn’t the couple’s only big spend in recent months. They also dropped a whopping $250 Million on a 311-foot hybrid-eco mega yacht – and have been spotted sailing around the Mediterranean on their luxury sea vessel’s maiden voyage in August.
Aptly named “Bliss,” the billionaire boat and houses nine guest rooms, three pools and a spa, and is powered by a diesel-electric propulsion system. It comes with a lot of cool toys too, including jet skis and paddleboards, plus a tender for when they want to hit up the shores.
