Maluma is unsure if marriage is in the cards for him.
The 28-year-old star candidly spoke about relationship deal-breakers and other matters of the heart in a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres show.
He revealed that catching a partner going through his mobile phone and a partner who snores are not immediate relationship-enders for him — and then followed up with this bombshell about marriage:
“I don’t know if I want to get married, to be honest.
My mom, of course she wants me to get married.”
Maluma does go on to say that if he does end up getting married, he has a very specific picture in his head of how it’s going to be:
“I want to have a family, and if I’m going to get married, I want to do a kind of ritual. I don’t want a pretty big thing in front of everybody. I want to, I don’t know, maybe go to an island and do a little ritual there with my family and friends. Spending the money that I wanted to spend on the wedding, spend it just there with my friends and family for almost a month.
Having a big wedding, that’s pretty expensive. I prefer just spending that money on something more intimate.”
