Wanna know what it’s like to live on Jennifer Lopez’s block? Good news: she just slashed nearly $2 Million off her lavish NYC penthouse!
Jenny from the block owns a duplex penthouse in Manhattan’s NoMad district – she’s had it since 2014. Originally listed in 2017 for $26.95 million, it still on the market – but she recently updated the listing with a major price cut. According to American Luxury, the penthouse’s price tag is now $24.99 Million.
The home is at the top of The Whitman, a historic NYC building from 1924. The nearly 10,000 square foot penthouse has four bedrooms and eight baths – six of them full – and views of Madison Square Park.
The 6,500 square feet of interior living space also boasts 12-foot high ceilings, an Arclinea-designed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room with custom cabinets, and a media room. There’s also a staff room and a laundry room. The bedrooms also come with their own en suite bathrooms.
The home’s bright, cheery interiors are lined by white walls and ceilings, with large windows and a skylight letting in plenty of natural light. The floors are natural-toned plank hardwood with a semi-gloss finish. The furniture, mostly in white, grays and neutrals, are modern yet cozy.
French doors lead to the nearly 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, which comprise of the incredible home’s four terraces – including one private terrace that can only be accessed via the master suite and master bath.
Life at The Whitman also comes with a full-time doorman, private storage, and key-locked elevators.
Even though J.Lo is still waiting for a buyer to snap up her penthouse condo, that hasn’t stopped her from checking out new digs in Los Angeles.
She and boyfriend Ben Affleck have been spotted house hunting in some of L.A.’s exclusive neighborhoods.
One of the homes they checked out was a 12-bedroom modern Beverly Hills estate with over 38,000 square feet of living space and even more space on the property for parking – it can accommodate up to 80 guests. The luxurious estate also comes with hefty price tag: $85 Million!
They also visited a 5-acre property in Toluca Lake that comes with its own one-hole golf course. It was formerly part of of Bob Hope’s estate and is listed at $40 Million.
In July, J.Lo and Ben were also snapped checking out a $65 Million eight-bedroom mansion in Holmby Hills.
J.Lo currently has a residence in Bel-Air and Ben also has his own Pacific Palisades home. While they haven’t moved in together just yet, there’s speculation that the reason they’re looking at massive homes is for their potential blended family in the future.
