It’s been four months since Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced their split, and it looks like J.Lo is moving on from the past.
Over the weekend, eagle-eyed fans noticed that several of the “Jenny From The Block” singer’s more couple-y photos with A-Rod were gone from her Instagram page – including the Valentine’s Day flowers he gave her, and a photo of the two of them at the presidential inauguration earlier this year.
Some traces of A-Rod on her feed still remain though, particularly ones that involve family celebrations – like her mom Lupe’s 75th birthday and Thanksgiving in 2019 – and momentous occasions like meeting the President and the First Lady.
Fans also noted a seemingly very telling sign – she no longer follows him on Instagram.
However, Alex still follows her and her photos are still up on his page.
As a refresher, J.Lo and A-Rod were together for almost six years – they dated for four and were engaged for two. On April 15, they announced that they have decided to end their engagement.
“We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so,” the pair said in a joint statement. “We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects.”
“We wish the best for each other and one another’s children,” they continued. “Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to every one who has sent kind words and support.”
After the breakup, J.Lo and ex-fiance Ben Affleck were spotted hanging out and soon began sparking romance rumors with numerous sightings together. The two went Instagram official with their rekindled romance in July, as J.Lo celebrated her 52nd birthday with a luxurious holiday in Italy and the South of France aboard a mega yacht.
More recently, the couple has been spotted checking out some impressive homes – including a $65 Million mansion in Holmby Hills, the late Bob Hope’s former estate with a $40 Million price tag, and an $85 Million Beverly Hills estate – which is sparking speculations about the couple’s future plans.
Sources previously told Entertainment Tonight that “J.Lo and Ben’s relationship is serious” and “friends wouldn’t be surprised if they move in together and ultimately end up together.”
