Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are back on the house hunting trail.
The couple was spotted taking a couple of house tours on Tuesday (August 10), and per TMZ’s sources, “it looks like this is a house not just for Jen but for them.”
One of the homes they checked out was a 12-bedroom modern Beverly Hills estate with over 38,000 square feet of living space and even more space on the property for parking – it can accommodate up to 80 guests!
Not only that, the house also boasts an indoor sports complex with its own basketball court and boxing ring, a massive pool, a “guest penthouse”, and a caretaker’s house, and a 2-bedroom guardhouse. The total bathroom count? 24.
They also went to visit the late Bob Hope’s former estate in Toluca Lake, which is currently owned by Ron Burkle.
The 5-acre property comes with its own one-hole golf course and is listed at $40 Million.
J.Lo has current digs is in Bel-Air while Ben’s is in Pacific Palisades. While they haven’t moved in together just yet, there’s speculation that the reason they’re looking at massive homes is their potential blended family in the future.
The 52-year-old singer/actress is mom to 13-year-old twins Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husbnad Marc Anthony. Father-of-three Ben shares 15-year-old Violet, 12-year-old Seraphina, and nine-year-old Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Sources also previously told Entertainment Tonight that “J.Lo and Ben’s relationship is serious” and “friends wouldn’t be surprised if they move in together and ultimately end up together.”
Just last month, the couple were spotted checking out potential new digs in the Holmby Hills neighborhood – and eight-bedroom mansion with a hefty price tag of $65 Million.
At the time, sources say Ben was only there to accompany Jen as she looked for her new outpost on the West Coast.
However, it seems they haven’t made up their minds just yet – or have they changed up the considerations for their new home?
