Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are letting their love be known.
Bennifer have been sparking reconciliation rumors since late April – and have been spotted together on numerous occasions since. More recent photos show them looking very much loved up, but it wasn’t until this weekend that they made their rekindled romance official. And they did it in the sweetest way possible: They sealed it with a kiss. On Instagram. On her birthday.
Jenny from the block turned 52 on Saturday (July 24), and marked the special occasion by sharing some sizzling photos from a romantic boat trip.
“5 2 … what it do …” she captioned a series glammed up swimsuit photos onboard a yacht wearing a red-and-yellow chevron-patterned swimsuit paired with a colorful kaftan. She accessorized her summer look with several layers of gold jewelry and a woven hat.
It was the last photo in the series, however, that’s making headlines: J.Lo and Ben sharing a steamy kiss.
Although Bennifer made their Instagram couples debut last week on Leah Rimini’s account – taken during the King Of Queens actresses’ birthday bash in June, J.Lo’s post marks the first time they’ve shared anything about their blossoming rekindled romance on their own social media accounts.
The couple even had fans flashing back to 2002 when a photo snapped by paparazzi during their time at sea – J.Lo lying on her stomach on deck with Ben’s hand on her backside – looked practically identical to one of the scenes from J.Lo’s “Jenny From The Block” music video.
But it appears the celebrations didn’t stop there.
“They are having a beautiful trip,” a source told PEOPLE on Sunday (July 25). “They celebrated Jen’s birthday at a club last night. She looked gorgeous and very happy.”
The couple hit up L’Opera with some friends on Saturday evening and J.Lo was caught on camera singing along to “Jenny From The Block” when it played at the nightclub. Ben was also snapped whispering in her ear the whole time.
“They looked very happy and were kissing throughout the night and looked super in love,” fashion blogger Rebel Neda told Entertainment Tonight. “They were very friendly to other party goers … Ben and J.Lo felt very comfortable and had the time of their life with the crazy, personal birthday show that L’Opera put on for them.”
Meanwhile, J.Lo’s ex-fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, is also in St. Tropez doing some celebrating of his own.
“He’s with family and friends and people he works with,” a source told PEOPLE. “He’s doing great and celebrating his birthday and Minnesota Timberwolves sale.”
As fans would know, J.Lo and Ben were engaged from 2002-2004 – they started dating after meeting on the set of their 2002 film Gigli.
Following their split, the two moved on to ther relationships. 17 years later, both found themselves singles again at the same time – Ben had split from girlfriend Ana de Armas earlier this year and J.Lo and A-Rod announced their split in April.
J.Lo also recently opened about having the “best time” of her life in a recent interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe.
“I’m super happy. I know people are always wondering, ‘How are you? What’s going on? Are you okay?’ This is it. I’ve never been better,” J.Lo shared.
