It looks like Paris Hilton and fiancé Carter Reum are more than ready start their life together – in addition to all the wedding planning, they’ve also managed to lock down their very own oceanfront getaway!
According to Dirt.com, the engaged couple have closed the deal on an $8.4 Million property in Malibu – right on the shores of La Costa Beach.
It’s got three bedrooms and three bathrooms in its almost-3,000 square feet of living space, an outdoor deck perfect for al fresco dining or maybe just chilling and soaking up the sea breeze and ocean views, and getting to the sandy beach is as easy as literally walking down a flight of stairs.
The kitchen is airy and bright, with lots of room for storage with built-in white drawers and cabinets and plenty of granite countertop space. It’s outfitted with high-grade stainless steel appliances, perfect for Paris’ culinary explorations. Plus, there’s a wine chiller, too!
The adjoining living room features a sliding glass doors with relaxing views of the sea, while the open living room is surrounded by large bay windows. In fact, the whole house has plenty of glass walls to make the most out of the stunning whitewater views.
Upstairs, the master bedroom comes with its own fireplace and balcony, where Paris and Carter can soak up the sun on the outdoor lounge chairs. The master bath includes dual vanities, glass-enclosed shower, and a built-in soaking tub right next to a large window.
Outside, there’s a courtyard with some serious Mykonos vibes – Paris had previously named the Greek city as one of her favorite locations. The home’s two-car garage also has a “work station,” and they’ve also got an outdoor jacuzzi. The outdoor shower by the beach will come in handy when it comes to washing off the sand before heading into the house.
While the deed in their name is relatively new, Paris has already given fans a sneak peek into their new beachfront digs – it’s where the new trailer for her show Cooking With Paris was shot. But if Paris isn’t in the mood for some sliving lasagna or want to risk ruining a designer outfit while whipping up a hot meal, she can always grab something from Nobu Malibu, which is just a five-minute drive away.
Other than letting cameras into her home to shoot her Cooking With Paris promo, the bride-to-be also revealed that there will also be cameras capturing her big day – so fans can get a front row seat to her happy ending.
“My documentary, This Is Paris, it ended in a way which, you know — it was amazing,” Paris explained on The Tonight Show. “But I just wanted my fans to see that I found my Prince Charming and my happy fairy-tale ending.”
She also shared some details from her upcoming wedding – including the number of outfits she plans to have.
“Lots of dresses — probably 10. I love outfit changes,” she shared.
For entertainment, “I’ll definitely get a DJ — we’ll have a band as well,” Paris revealed.
And it looks like there’s a lot more in store before the time to say “I do” comes.
“It’s going to be, like, a three-day affair, so we’ll have a lot happening.”
