Ezra Miller’s legal troubles just keep piling up.
The 29-year-old The Flash actor has once again been arrested in Hawaii. He was arrested for second-degree assault on Tuesday following an incident at a residence in Pahoa, on the big island of Hawaii.
According to the authorities, Ezra apparently became irate after he was asked to leave. He allegedly threw a chair which struck a 26-year-old female on the forehead!
The supposed attack resulted in the female getting an approximate half-inch cut. Authories say she refused medical treatment for her alleged injury.
Ezra was arrested soon after the incident at 1:30AM for assault in the despond degree. He was located on the roadway at a traffic stop along the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea’au.
He was released pending further investigation at around 4:05AM on Tuesday morning. Police say the investigation is currently ongoing.
This is Ezra’s second arrest in Hawaii. He was arrested last month on charges of harassment and disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at a karaoke bar. After his first arrest, Ezra was also accused of threatening to bury a couple and a temporary restraining order was filed against him.
