Ezra Miller is facing yet more legal trouble.

Just last weekend, the 29-year-old Flash star was arrested in Hawaii following an incident at a local karaoke bar. They were booked on two charges, and then released after they paid a bail of $500.

A new report has since surfaced saying that two Hilo residents have filed a temporary restraining order against the actor on Tuesday (March 29). The couple alleged that Ezra harassed and threatened them.

The filing apparently stated:

[Ezra] burst into the bedroom of the petitioner[s] and threatened [the alleged male victim by] saying ‘I will bury you and your slut wife.’”

The petition also alleged that Ezra stole some of the victims’ belongings, including a passport, driver’s license, social security card, back cards, and wallet:

“The respondent is famous and wealthy. This makes access to weapons much easier; as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner.”

The document also said:

“Unless Respondent(s)’ wrongful conduct is stopped or prevented by order of the Court, Petitioner(s) will suffer substantial emotional distress.”

According to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho, Ezra was escorted of the property hours after posting bail. A resident on the property called authorities to ask for advice on removing two houseguests.

Kenneth also revealed that since March 7, Ezra has been the source of 10 police calls in Hilo.
