Ezra Miller is facing new legal troubles.
The 29-year-old The Flash actor is now being accused by the parents of an 18-year-old environmental activist of being a danger to the girl.
New court documents show that Ezra met Tokata Iron Eyes when he was 23 years old and she was 12 years old. They met when he was on a visit to the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. Her parents claimed that Ezra started a friendship with Tokata.
He allegedly flew her to London back in 2017 to visit the set of Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them with he was 25 and she was 14. He also allegedly supplied her with marijuana, alcohol, and LSD.
Her parents went on to claim that Ezra disrupted Tokata’s schooling and she dropped out in December 2021. They said they flew to Ezra’s residence in Vermont in January to get her. There, they found that she did not have her driver’s license, car keys, bank card, and other valuable items. They also said they found bruises on her body, alleging that Ezra was the cause.
They then said that Tokata fleed to New York City to reunite with Ezra and the two have since been traveling to different places. They were spotted by TMZ in a club in Hawaii together.
Tokata’s parents are asking that the court step in and issue an order of protection against Ezra on Tokata;s behalf.
A hearing has been set for next month.
