It’s been more than three years since Johnny Depp and Amber Heard finalized their divorce, but the ex-couple are still facing ongoing legal and personal battles – and other big names are being dragged into the drama.
As a refresher Johnny filed a $50 Million defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife last year.
According to the Daily Mail, it was claimed in depositions that Amber had an affair with tech mogul Elon Musk while she was still married to Johnny – and they allegedly had a secret three-way with supermodel Cara Delevingne that supposedly happened in Johnny’s Los Angeles penthouse in 2016.
The report also says that, Johnny “hasn’t ruled out” subpoenaing Cara in order to find out if she has any information that could be used against his ex-wife.
Elon has since addressed these allegations. “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this. Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!” he said in a statement via Page Six.
“Regarding this lawsuit, I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on,” Elon added. “Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”
