Brandon Sklenar just proved he’s not only handsome and talented—but hilarious, too.
The It Ends With Us actor, 34, found himself at the center of a random Instagram troll’s attempt at an insult this week… and totally flipped the narrative.
It all started when MTV posted a video on Instagram of Brandon and his Drop co-star Meghann Fahy offering up dating advice. The comments were mostly full of praise—until one user decided to call Brandon “the Walmart Glen Powell,” referencing the Anyone But You actor and, of course, the budget-friendly retail chain.
Brandon’s clapback was short, sweet, and absolute perfection: “Who doesn’t love a bargain?” he replied.
Naturally, the internet loved it. One fan summed up the general vibe, commenting, “Dying at this 10/10 response. No notes.”
Social media can be brutal, especially when it comes to lookalike comparisons, but Brandon’s quick wit turned what could’ve been a dig into a moment of charm.
