Bella Hadid is putting an end to the rumors that have been going viral about her.
The 26-year-old model has spoken out against the blind items that have been spreading on TikTok about her.
If you use TikTok, you may be aware of the celebrity blind item trend. Here, users share unverified information = mostly salacious claims about stars’ careers and personal lives. It is unclear where the information originates from and there seems to be no verification process. But this has not stopped people from latching onto these blind items like they are true.
On Tuesday, a TikTok user who had more than 50,000 followers called @celebriteablinds posted a video where she read out a list of anonymously submitted messages. The user claimed that these messages were about Bella.
In the two-and-a-half minute video, the user shared allegations about drug use, including a claim that she went on a weeks long “coke bender” with Hailey Bieber back in January 2022. Another claim said that Bella bragged “that she lived off of cigarettes and water” in the lead-up to Milan Fashion Week.
Another major allegation was about her mother Yolanda Hadid, claiming that the former reality star “offered up” Bella once to “close a business deal.” And there was also a claim that her father, luxury real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, had been embroiled in a government scandal previously.
The video about her started to gain traction on TikTok and amassed hundreds of thousands of views. But Bella is shutting down all of it.
She took to the comments section of the video, and wrote from her verified account:
There was not one true thing said in this video.”
