Trace Cyrus has been all over the place after his flirty tweets with Demi Lovato landed him in the news. 

After Trace confirmed a "break-up" with Demi through People mag, it seems like he's been livin' la vida loca...a little TOO loca...

Yesterday, Trace went to the Hollywood restaurant Katsuya and very publicly kissed this girl in front of tons of photographers!

She happens to look almost identical to one Miss Demi Lovato....but it's NOT DEMI!

Trace talked to men's mag Details and said some not-so-nice things about the JoBros....

Q: You idolize bands like Guns N' Roses and Mötley Crüe, and you party in ways pop acts like the Jonas Brothers couldn't.
A: I'm not trying to clean my image to make anyone happy. I could have gone the route of the Jonas Brothers. Those guys can't live their lives freely. They have to put out this image that's totally fake.

Q: Which Jonas Brother would be the toughest to take in a fight?
A: I don't think any of them would be much trouble. I'd never lay a hand on Nick—I love that kid—but the other two better not get in my way.
