MTV has announced that Justin Bieber will perform at the 2010 VMAs!

Ke$ha and Twilight star Ashley Greene will be presenters!

"I'm excited to be performing at the VMAs. It is all still unbelievable, because last year I went for the first time and no one knew who I was," Justin told MTV. "Just really shows that dreams can come true and what incredible, dedicated fans I have. I'm a lucky guy and grateful. Now I just want to get on that stage, have some fun in front of my heroes, because at the end of the day I'm still a kid and still a fan."

- Suite Life's Debby Ryan seen leaving arm in arm with Twilight's Booboo Stewart at the end of the night. 

**BOOBOO's rep tells Popstar! Excluisvely: "They are not dating but we were all at the party together last night and did all leave together… "

- HSM's Monique Coleman transformed from celebrity red carpet subject to celebrity red carpet interviewer for the night as she talked to celebs for her upcoming show "Gimme Mo."

- Additional celebrity guests included presenters  Francia Raisa & costar Ken Baumann (Secret Life of the American Teenager), Bella Thorne (Shake It Up), Jennette McCurdy (iCarly), Twilight's Tinsel Korey, and more.
