I just spent the morning hanging out with Jennifer Stone, Madison Pettis and Justin Bieber! It was all for Jumpstart's Read For The Record! 

Popstar! was lucky enough to go to the TOP of the Empire State Building with the 3 stars!

We were chatting with Justin Bieber's management and they told us a very exciting secret!

Justin's album, My World, is out November 17th and in one of the albums there will be a golden ticket! The lucky winner will be treated to a private concert in their backyard! OH-EM-GEE!
